Shipment
You can receive your shipment at the delivery address you have chosen during the purchase process, or if you wish, you can pick it up at our physical store in Alicante. We will send you an e-mail with the shipment confirmation.
If you decide to pick up the order at our Jewelry store in Alicante, you will need to identify yourself with your ID and the order number.
The delivery and billing addresses do not have to match.
For special items, manufactured to order, the delivery time will be indicated when placing the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times for orders in the peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands is 24-48 hours, for orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time will be FIVE working days as for international orders.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed until the next business day.
We guarantee the delivery of your order as long as we have sufficient stock and the order is not placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, in which case it will be processed the first working day after. If the payment method is by transfer, the order will not be processed until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost according to your destination:
- For peninsular deliveries: FREE
- For deliveries to the Balearic Islands: 10 euros
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 15 euros
Orders for pick up in store are free.
Shipping is free for all peninsular orders.
En el caso de envíos a Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla y países de fuera de la unión aduanera comunitaria, el cliente deberá abonar los gastos de aduana correspondientes.
INCIDENCIAS EN LA ENTREGA
La empresa de transportes le enviará un e-mail con el código de seguimiento del envío.
En caso de no poder realizar la entrega por ausencia del destinatario, la agencia de transporte dejará una nota indicativa e intentará contactar por teléfono con el destinatario para realizar una segunda entrega.
In case of not being able to contact the recipient, the shipment is delivered the next day. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency and will have ten calendar days from the second delivery attempt to pick it up at the place indicated by the transport agency. Once said place has expired, the item will return to our warehouses and we will proceed to refund the amount paid.
